What's in the gym?
18,000 square feet of climbing, 42 foot walls, 17 auto-belays. The most natural looking artificial rock in any gym in the world. We have cracks, chimneys, an overhanging arch, a Hueco wall and a boulder cave...only the coolest place imaginable.

None of that.

I've climbed in other gyms. Do I need to take a belay test?
Yup

Can I just show up to take the test? Or do I need an appointment?
Just come on in when you're ready, it's free of charge.

When does it get crowded?
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are usually pretty busy. Wednesdays and Fridays we run special discounted rates. Wednesdays after 5pm is student night and Fridays after 5pm is ladies night. That means half off entry, so $7.50 to climb all night.

Any comps?
Vertical Endeavors' "No Holds Barred Comp" is every March. It's one of the Midwest's most anticipated comps. We also host an ABS bouldering comp annually. The 2nd annual ABS comp will be held October, 29th 2006. Check out www.verticalendeavors.com for more info and registration forms.
