An ode to '09… A New Time… And the gear that got us through the new depression
I was sittin in the Atlanta airport — bummed that I was sittin there in a gate in a concourse that was not the one written on my boarding pass. Can’t Atlanta show a little love to the Chattanooga airport? But I looked up, and saw a familiar face. A stout black man with a full beard, shaved head, and enough bling & 5 man entourage to be unmistakably no other than The Boss Ricky Ross… I guess everybody is a “fanboy” from time to time.
New President. Epic economic times. It’s still true that nothing happens over night. As true as that statement is, so is the one where they say, “It comes full circle.” This is where I give a big shout out to Kentucky…as well as Exped
Fresh back from the Summer OR ’09 Market. Smarter play makes for better pay. Up in the air I don’t hear the corny raps. I’m reppin the Souf fo lyfe!
