Combine the Warrior's Way mental fitness material with movement skills on December 5-7, 2008, at Foster Fallls in East Tennessee.

Training must be integrated to benefit fully from it. We've blended the skills of movement and mental fitness to create a more powerful and efficient approach to climbing.

Target student and prerequisite: Climbers that know the basics of climbing with at least six months climbing experience. If you've hit a plateau and would like to learn mental and movement skills to break through, then this camp is for you. Being able to lead is not a requirement.

You'll learn how to:
• Develop self awareness
• Assess risks more effectively
• Identify "yes fall" and "no fall" situations
• Break climbs into smaller risk events
• Make risk decisions to minimize injury and maximize commitment
• Fall (in small increments)
• Stay calm, relaxed, and focused
• Improve fluidity
• Use legs for pushing to conserve energy
• Reduce doubts and minimize mental distractions
• Integrate movement with mental focus
• Improve problem solving skills
• Reduce fear, and more

When: December 5-7 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Where: Foster Falls, TN

Registration: Space is limited to 6 students so register today.

Fee for the course is: $395
