2008 Colorado College Bouldering Series Final
On May 5th the Sport Climbing Center in Colorado Springs is hosting the 2008 Colorado College Bouldering Series Final. Come on down and check it out. The facility has 13,000 sq. ft. of sculpted climbing surface for leading, toproping or bouldering and there are routes for all ages and abilities.
Girls Education International's Spring Masquerave
This Saturday, April 12, Girls Education International, co-founded by North Face athlete and rock climber Heidi Wirtz and writer/climber Lizzy Scully, are holding a “Spring Masquerave” fundraiser at Café Babu in Boulder, Colo.

Party to Help Shoe Nepalese Children
Put your party shoes on and roll down to Trilogy Wine Bar on Thursday, April 10th to help put shoes on the feet of children and adults in the Kingdom of Lo, Nepal. Boulder resident Katie Homes, founding partner of Little Yoga Warriors, LLC, will be traveling to the Dolpo and Mustang regions of Nepal to deliver footwear to children and adults in need.
A DUEL TO THE DEATH - The Spot Bouldering Series Season III Finals

2008 Gravity Brawl Wrap Up

A Literary and Arts Festival where attendees can get up close and personal with climbers, authors and artists April 3-19. More than one hundred works of art and photographs will be displayed in a number of the restaurants and businesses located along Historic 25th Street and around the city of Ogden for two weeks before the festival.
2008 Red Rock Rendezvous
Photos by John Evans This is not your typical climbing festival. Over 500 people participated in the climbing clinics taught by guides and some of the worlds best climbers. Over 1000 people attended the festival with folks traveling from across the country and around the world. Presented by Mountain Gear and sponsored by The North Face, the festival returned to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area near Las Vegas on March 28-30 to benefit The Access Fund and other local and national non-profit organizations.
Horse Pens 40 - SLOPERFEST 2008

Squamish Mountain Festival Recap
What an event!!! Everything aligned for the 2nd annual Squamish Mountain Festival. We couldn't have asked for better weather, bluebird and nary a cloud. Our speakers and films were unique and both inspiring and entertaining to the participants who came from near and far to enjoy the Squamish Climbing vibe.
